Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service for walk-in customers, including opening accounts and giving basic information on products and services. 

• Manage incoming calls and handle customer service inquiries. 

• Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 

• Handle daily branch administrative and operational documents. 

• Achieve sales and business growth targets as set by the branch and company. 
  

Qualifications :

• Male/Female with a outgoing personality. 

• Having extensive relationship and networking skills. 

• Knowledge and experience in the capital market with a Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek (WPPE) license. 

• Eager to learn and target-oriented person.
