As of July 2023, Mandiri Sekuritas has successfully completed various investment banking transactions, including 4 IPOs, 27 IDR bonds, 5 global bonds and liability management, as well as 4 M&A deals.
Four large caps IPOs that have been successfully escorted by Mandiri Sekuritas until July 2023, namely: the IPO of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk. (AMMN), worth IDR 10.7 trillion, the largest in Indonesia up to the date in 2023; the IPO of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk/Harita Nickel (NCKL), worth IDR 10 trillion, the IPO of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO), worth IDR 9.1 trillion, which as that time was the largest in Asia-Pacific and the renewable energy sector in Southeast Asia, and lastly, the IPO of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (CNMA), valued at IDR 2.3 trillion, which is the largest modern cinema network operator in Indonesia.
In addition, Mandiri Sekuritas has also successfully completed the largest M&A transaction in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia, involving the spin-off and merger of Indihome and Telkomsel, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Tbk, with a transaction value of IDR 78 trillion. Meanwhile, for the Debt Capital Market, Mandiri Sekuritas through its subsidiary Mandiri Securities Singapore has successfully completed several global bond transactions amidst uncertain global market conditions, including the Indonesian government's global bonds worth USD 3 billion and Pertamina Geothermal worth USD 400 million.
