Cyril Noerhadi

President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner

Born in Jakarta on April 11, 1961. He was appointed as President Commissioner on October 16, 2012. He holds a Doctoral degree in Strategic Management (cum laude) from University of Indonesia, MBA in Economics and Finance from University of Houston, USA, and a bachelor's degree in Geology from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

Before acting as the President Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas, he served as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director of Medco Energi Internasional (2005-2011); partner in Pricewaterhouse Coopers Corporate Finance (1999-2005); President Director of Jakarta Stock Exchange (1996-1999); President Director of PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (1993-1996); as well as Executive Director of Danareksa (1991-1993). Currently, he also served as President Director of PT Creador, the Co-Founder of Creador LLC. which was established in September 2011 as a private equity company investing in Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.

Alexandra Askandar

Born in Medan on January 9, 1972. Appointed as Commissioner on October 18, 2011. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University, United States of America, and had participated in banking and corporate finance seminars.

She is currently in-charge as Group Head Syndication, Oil and Gas in Bank Mandiri since 2011. Prior to the position, she had served as Group Head Syndicated and Structured Finance (2009-2010), Department Head VII of Corporate Banking III Group (2006) and Relationship Manager of Corporate Banking Group (2000-2005), Account Manager – Loan Workout Division in Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (1999-2000) and ISO 9000 & 14000 Consultant as well as Treasurer in Surveyor Indonesia (1995 -1997).

Fransisca Nelwan Mok

Independent Commissioner

Born in Kutoarjo on July 13, 1956. She was appointed as Commissioner on July 7, 2015. She earned Master of Management in Finance from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Labora Jakarta in 2002 after graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung in 1981. She was actively attending numerous courses and seminars in Indonesia as well as overseas, such as, Seminar Marketing of Services in Asia in Singapura (2003), Senior Executive Program in Hong Kong (2004), Risk Management Certification in Jakarta (2006), Risk Management in Banking in France (2009), and Driving Corporate Performance in United States (2012).

Prior to the current position, she served as Director of Corporate Banking Bank Mandiri (2010 – 2015) and Supervisory Board Chairman of Dana Pensiun Bank Mandiri I (2008 – 2010). She has 10-year career experience in Bank Mandiri (1999 – 2009) with various of strategic positions, such as, Senior Officer CRM-Corporate & Financial Institution, Manager Jakarta- Center District Region III, CBC Manager, Head of Region III, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President.

Suresh Lilaram Narang

Independent Commissioner

Born in Jaipur, India, on September 30, 1955. He was appointed as Commissioner in July 7, 2015. He earned Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India in 1976. He also attended numerous courses focused on Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Debt & Equity Capital Markets.

Prior to the current position, he has served for Deutsche Bank AG for 27 years (1987 – 2014) from Treasurer to Country Head of Indonesia. He has also spent 10 years working for State Bank of India Group (1977 – 1987) as Fixed Income Trader.

Wien Irwanto

Commissioner

Born in Surabaya on June 7, 1972, Wien was appointed as the member of Board of Commissioners on November 10, 2016. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and continued his postgraduate study of Shariah Economics in Unversitas Indonesia.

He has extensive professional experience in financials and government as his current position is Deputy Assistant of Financial Service, Survey Service, and Consultancy in Ministry of State Owned Enterprises. He has served various positions, among others as Director of Government Shariah Securities (SBSN) Issuers in Ministry of Finance, Head of Sub-Directorate SBSN Transaction Management in Ministry of Finance, Head of Sub-Directorate of Finance and Government Bond Market Analysis in Ministry of Finance, Head of Sub-Directorate Government Bond Management in Ministry of Finance, Money Market and Derivative Section Analysis in Ministry of Finance, Head of Public Service and Investor Relations in Ministry of Finance, Budgeting Manager of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Board NAD-Nias, Head of Money Market and Bond Analysis in Ministry of Finance, and Monetary Analysis Bureau Executives in Financial Analysis Board Ministry of Finance.
